- Show Purpose -

Northwest Truck Fest has one purpose in mind; to bring a family friendly truck show to the Treasure Valley. We want to provide a weekend for all truck enthusiasts to come together and show off their latest builds. After months of planning, our first annual show is in full swing. Join us on June 29th-July 1st for three days of pure truck heaven. Walk row after row of custom trucks that represent the people driving them. Northwest Truck Fest is open to all ages and will provide entertainment, vendors, and hundreds of trucks to see. Northwest Truck Fest will be featuring trucks from all over the Northwest included SEMA builds from 2017. With only 300 truck spaces up for grabs, claim your spot while it’s still available!

- Show Rules -
ALL vehicle registrations will be sent a confirmation email WITH set up times, show times, leaving times, and all information regarding the show.
Pre-registration fees are $40, day of show registration fees are $65.
300 show vehicles only!
If you are going to transfer your paid registration to someone else, that transfer MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JUNE 20, 2018.
You must provide your confirmation email and driver’s license when checking in at the show registration area.
No trailers inside show grounds.
Show vehicle registration is $40 and includes (2) adult admissions.
Adult admission tickets are $8.

- Vehicle Registration & Check-in -
Interested in attending Northwest Truck Fest this 2018? Below are all the details you’ll need to help you through the registration and check-in process.

Who can attend?
Northwest Truck Fest is open to all truck enthusiasts. We accept all trucks from budget builds to full restorations. Lifted or lowered. Work horses or pavement princesses. First time show trucks or SEMA veterans. All are welcome and encouraged to come.

What does registering your truck get you?
Registering your vehicle allows you to be apart of the show and park your truck inside the gated areas to be displayed. Each registered vehicle comes with 2 adult admission wristbands, which will allow the driver and one guest access to the all 3 days. All registered trucks can enter and leave the show as they please or you can leave your truck in the show for all 3 days with our 24/7 onsite security.

How Do I Register My Truck?
With only 300 available spaces, register your truck online to be guaranteed your spot in the show. When you register your vehicle you will be emailed a receipt with a confirmation email. Then the day of the show, we will need to see your driver's license and then you will be given your weekend wristbands.

Can I register the day of the show?
If all 300 available spots HAVE NOT been filled, you will be able to register your truck the day of the show for $65 (pre-registration fee $40), this also includes 2 adult general admission bands. DAY OF VEHICLE REGISTRATION IS CASH ONLY.

When & How Do I Check-in?
Vehicle check-in will be Friday, June 29th from 3pm-6pm and Saturday, June 30th from 7am-9am. If you are unable to make those check-in times, contact us ahead of time and we will make special arrangements for you. You will enter the south parking lot at gate 1 where staff members will direct you to the proper check-in line.  In order to check in you will need to provide the staff members with your confirmation email and drivers license. The staff member will provide you with your 2 adult general admission wristbands that must be worn at all times.

- Onsite Events & Activities -
Northwest Truck Fest is more than just a gathering of trucks. There will be 30+ vendors showing off their latest products. 10+ food options. And free caricature drawings at the BFD Performance booth!

Where can I buy spectator tickets?
Spectator tickets are available online or at the gate the days of the show. If you purchased your tickets online in advance please be sure bring your ticket to the show.

Where do I park if I’m just spectating?
Spectators are able to park on the East side of the show. Staff members will be on site and able to assist on where parking is allowed.

Will on-site camping be available?

Where is the show located?
Northwest Truck Fest is located at the O’Conner Field House in Caldwell Idaho. Address is: 2207 Blaine St, Caldwell, ID 83605.

Do I have to register my truck to attend the show?
No. But if you want your truck to be on display and judged for awards, you must register online or day of the event.

Do I have to leave my truck in the show all 3 days?
No. You are able to take your truck to and from the show as you please. However we do advise you leave the truck parked all three days for spectator purposes. Judges for awards will be walking through the show each day and we will not be liable for your truck not being judged if you are not present.

Can I bring my golf cart?

How can I make sure all my friends park together?
When registering your vehicle online, there is a “Buddy” option. Fill out his or her name and we will locate your group in the same locations.

Can I park my Trailer?
Yes. There is a large parking area for truck and trailers ONLY on the South side of the show.

Can I bring a cooler?
Coolers with water or sodas are allowed in the show. However there will be security walking around the show each day. If you are caught with a cooler containing any type of alcohol or illegal substances, Northwest Truck Fest and BFD Performance staff members have the right to confiscate it and escort you out of the event with no refund.

Where can I stay?

Best Western in Caldwell is offering 10% off room rates for the show. Just mention you're in town for the truck show!


Northwest Truck Fest will be working closely with the Caldwell Police Department to remind everyone all laws still apply while driving on public roads and there will be a zero tolerance for illegal activities. In addition no alcohol consumption under the age of 21. ID is required to purchase alcohol on premises. Northwest Truck Fest nor BFD Performance is not liable for vehicular damages, personal injuries, or theft. Please lock vehicles and take personal belongings when leaving your truck unattended. We reserve the right to ask any people(s) to leave for any reason. Security will be monitoring entire venue.
